Understand the different states your campaign can be in and how to manage transitions.
Status Overview
Draft
Campaign is being configured. You can make any changes.
Ready
Campaign is fully configured and validated. Ready to launch.
Running
Campaign is actively sending emails according to schedule.
Paused
Campaign is temporarily stopped. No emails will be sent until resumed.
Finished
Campaign has completed all scheduled outreach.
Status Transitions

Editing Campaigns
- Draft: Full editing allowed
- Ready: Can edit before launching
- Running: Limited edits (can add emails, not remove active ones)
- Paused: Same as running
- Finished: No edits, view-only
