Campaigns are the core of AI Sales Service - automated email outreach powered by AI Agents.
What Is a Campaign?
A campaign connects:
- Leads (via datasets) - Who to contact
- AI Agent - Who handles the outreach
- Knowledge Base (optional) - Context for personalization
- Email Account - Where emails are sent from
Creation Modes
| Mode | Description |

| Expert Mode | Full control - configure everything manually |
| Beginner Mode | AI-guided - describe your campaign idea, AI sets it up |
Campaign Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being configured (agent can be changed) |
| Ready | Configured and ready to start |
| Running | Actively sending emails |
| Paused | Temporarily stopped |
| Finished | All emails sent |
Note: Agent assignment can only be changed when status is "draft".
